How to Make
- Take one slice of whole grain bread and toast it.
- Top toast with avocado, and make it a bit smashed.
- Add garbanzo beans, tomatoes, feta cheese, and fresh basil leaves (dried is fine if fresh isn’t an option).
- Drizzle with olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, and add salt and pepper to taste.
How To Make
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Saute vegetables, then add eggs.
- Stir constantly until cooked.
- Layer whole grain wrap with avocado, and add eggs.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Roll up and enjoy!
How to Make
- Heat a cast iron skillet with oil.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and saute for about 5 minutes.
- Add tomato products and spices and simmer for about 2-3 minutes while stirring.
- Add chickpeas and olives to the skillet.
- Simmer on low for 15 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
