How to Make

  1. Take one slice of whole grain bread and toast it. 
  2. Top toast with avocado, and make it a bit smashed. 
  3. Add garbanzo beans, tomatoes, feta cheese, and fresh basil leaves (dried is fine if fresh isn’t an option). 
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, and add salt and pepper to taste. 

How To Make

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. 
  2. Saute vegetables, then add eggs. 
  3. Stir constantly until cooked. 
  4. Layer whole grain wrap with avocado, and add eggs. 
  5. Season with salt and pepper as desired. 
  6. Roll up and enjoy!

How to Make

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet with oil. 
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and saute for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato products and spices and simmer for about 2-3 minutes while stirring.
  4. Add chickpeas and olives to the skillet. 
  5. Simmer on low for 15 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
